Some insurance plans are very complicated, you may not realize what medications your prescription plan will cover. Village Fertility Pharmacy will provide a prescription insurance screening. What does this mean? We ask that you provide us with the name of your prescription plan, the identification number and the customer service number for prescription services found on your prescription card. All of this information will allow our pharmacist to attempt to bill your insurance prescription plan. We have found that some insurance plans will pay for fertility medications as well as those that are not exclusively indicated for fertility, for example, lupron, progesterone injections, crinone and oral antibiotics. These medications may be billed to your insurance prescription plan allowing for a significant COST SAVINGS to you.
